The 5 days ‘Train the Trainers’ transnational learning event took place in Ireland, Dublin, from January the 29th to February the 2nd, hosted by the Gaiety School of Acting. The aim of the training was to develop the skills necessary for the staff of the partner organizations to deliver the proposed intergenerational training program using creative drama, elaborated by the Gaiety School of Acting. After a first introductory day, the experiential workshops began giving the opportunity to the participants to experience the older volunteers’ and young people’s points of view and perspectives. Warm ups and icebreakers, different type of exercises, games and role plays were alternated with moments of reflection and discussion.
